Corsa Technic, LLC (DBA Corsa Technic) reserves the right to make changes to its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Corsa Technic makes reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date information and specifications on the website, but does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of any such information and specifications. Shortages or Damage

If your tracking shows that an order has been ‘delivered’ but you do not have the order, all concerns and questions should be directed to the carrier. Corsa Technic will be happy to confirm that the order was sent to correct address (from the invoice) but will not be liable for replacing or refunding parts that have been mis-delivered/packages that cannot be located. Our responsibility ceases as soon as goods are delivered by the carrier so a claim should be filed directly with the carrier for a refund/reimbursement of your items.

If your tracking shows that your package has not moved for some time (typically a week for standard/ground shipping services, or a day past your promised delivery date for expedited services like Next Day or 2nd Day service), contact us to ask that we investigate. We will do all we can to work with the carrier to resolve this issue. This does not apply to “delayed” status tracking, and we will not investigate anything ‘delayed’ unless it has been a week from the last scan OR if you paid for a guaranteed service (Next Day, 2nd Day). For international customers using USPS, please check the tracking number in your own postal system for possible updates before contacting us, as many updates may just not be visible in the US postal system once the package leaves the country.

If goods are damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to notify the carrier so that an inspection and claim can be made. Most claims can be entered using the website of the carrier for your shipment, and reimbursement will go directly to you – so you would need to reorder anything you need to be resent as a new order. NOTE: All packaging should be retained for inspection until claims are resolved, as it may be required for the claim to be approved. For some carriers, they may refer you back to the shipper (Corsa Technic) to have us submit the claim on your behalf. We will be happy to do this if needed, and typically refunds will then go back to Corsa – so refunds/store credit or reshipments will be available as soon as claims are approved by the carrier. Corsa Technic makes no assumptions or assertions about how long a claim may take to be processed, and is not required to take action until claims have been approved by the carrier. If parts are urgently needed during the time of claim processing, we recommend that you reorder and let us know so we can prioritize the new shipment and process it independently from the claims process on the original.

In the event of shortages or errors with the items in your shipment (or if something arrives defective/broken), contact us and discuss acceptable solutions. Claims for order mistakes or damages must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Note that photos may be required to clarify details of order mistakes, so we recommend including this during the initial contact.

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Corsa Technic will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping/handling costs, once the product is received. This refund does not apply if the product has been altered or damaged.

12 Month Limited Warranty - Corsa Technic warrants the products it sells against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. If you discover a defect, Corsa Technic will, at its option, repair or replace the product. Products shall be returned to Corsa Technic freight prepaid. After 12 months, products can still be sent in for repair, but there will be a $10.00 USD minimum inspection/labor/repair fee (not including return shipping and handling charges).

Waiver Of Liability And Indemnification Agreement - Corsa Technic is not responsible for typographic errors or other inaccuracies in the content provided in the infocommunication technologies used by Corsa Technic. Corsa Technic intends that the information contained in its infocommunication technologies be accurate and reliable. However, errors may occasionally occur. Therefore, all information is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind. Corsa Technic specifically disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding any matter whatsoever relating to or referenced by this website, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Corsa Technic reserves the right to modify the information contained in its infocommunication technologies without notifying anyone. In no event will Corsa Technic be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or payments based on, the information contained in the infocommunication technologies used by Corsa Technic. The products offered by Corsa Technic are intended for racing use only. Purchaser understands and recognizes that the products sold by Corsa Technic are subject to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine the suitability of the products sold by Corsa Technic for his or her application. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Corsa Technic harmless from any loss, damage, injury, cost of repair, incidental or consequential damages of any kind in connection with the sale or use of any product purchased from Corsa Technic. If this agreement is unacceptable to the purchaser, the purchaser will immediately return in new condition, all the products listed on the invoice to Corsa Technic for refund of the purchase price. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
